Hydraulic Cone Crusher

 

Hydraulic Cone crusher is one of the most powerful crushers, which is used in crushing hard and very hard stones. Hydraulic Cone Crusher is used as primary or secondary crusher in the sites. Crushing is done based on rotary motion on Hydraulic and transfer the power to concave and mantle. Hydraulic Machinery made by AMS Industrial Group is made based on a design by Sweden Company and the size of the crushing room is 36 inches.
Cone crusher is divided into three types of small production, medium production and big production based on size of concave and mantle (2, 4, 5.5, and 7.5). Crushing is done between concave and mantle. In general, shaft is in a vertical position and while the material enter in crushing area the shaft angle change and decrease the space between concave and mantle and crusher the material with each strike. Shaft is placed on a Pinion Gear which converse 480 turn per minutes to 8 turn per minutes.
Hydraulic cone crusher process associated with high friction and therefore heat is generated between the parties. To prevent probable problems to the machinery, lubrication and cooling takes place. Cone Crusher cooler, oil tank, and lubrication system are important part of the cone crusher. Crushing Chassis used in AMS are Hydraulic Cone Crushers are made of beam H16, H18 and H20.

Maintenance 

The entrance Nozzle for Cone crusher should be dry, but the block breakers can also crush the wet material.

Check the oil amount in the tank oil and hydraulic tank before the Cone crusher starts crushing.
After the Cone crusher if off, check the oil amount in Pinion gear.
