Impact Crusher

 

Impact Crushers are impact or turning crushers which crushing is done by hammers. High mechanical power and high speed of Impact Crusher, produce uniform production. Crushing in Impact crushers is Impact, which means while the entrance nozzle enter the impact crusher, rotor is turning and the hammers impacts to the material, and crush them. The second phase is the time rotor and hammers are turning, and crushing continues. It is repeating till all the material crush completely, and pass the rotor and pour from bottom of the machinery.
AMS Industrial Group’s Impact Crushers, are introduced in five capacities of 80, 100, 120, 180 & 240 TPH, possessing an adjustment screw to adjust the nozzle; therefore, it is possible to control the size of input feed material and the output product material. The simplicity of this system makes it easier to be used by the operator, therefore a worker trained the primary principles, would be able to operate it.
Impact crushers increase the final production in areas with limestone. The entrance could be adjusted from 50 mm to 200 mm.

Furthermore, the mechanical system of this machine is very simple so a worker with a few hours of training can easily control this machinery. Using the impact crusher in the areas that have lime stones causes high production rate and efficiency.

 The aprons are made of strong alloys and have higher resistance to abrasion. Also in case of necessity there are variety of valves to check and replace the parts in different parts of the machinery

 Impact Crushers can be used to produce the same size and quality material in Asphalt Mixing Plant and Concrete Batching Plant. 

Hammers can be changed according the hardness of the stone. To crush harder stones, stronger hammers can be used.
