Feeder

Feeder is used to provide raw material for all the sections and to separate the stones from the complexes. It has a feeder silo and a net section located on top. Each type of feeder is used for various capacities and silo volume.

Types of feeder produced in AMS Industrial Group are Vibrating, Grizzly, Equipped with Connecting rod, Equipped with rubber plastic, roller shaped, and usual mountain model which are manufactured in capacities 80-350 TPH.
Mountain Feeder
This type of feeder is used for huge stones with high capacity of production, and small size of this feeder is used for small stones and medium capacity of production. Mechanism of this type of feeder is moving back and front using a hydraulic pomp and a chassis. Big mountain feeder works with lots of stone and low motion. While feeding is operating correctly material should be added to the feeder every often to fill the feeder in order to prevent returning material while feeder is moving backward. Material should be added to the feeder or the feeder should be cleaned before being stopped.
Grizzly Feeder
This type of feeder is operated for feeding material Mountain for systematic designed with adjustable outlet valve to control the final product dimensions and also has a system of belts in the output in order to increase capacity and prevent fine material seeds of the jaw, which can have two cross-sectional area on two floors, which allows better isolation products provide in both uniaxial and biaxial in different sizes are produced to move it linearly to the top face done.

Mountain Feeder is used in mines with very huge stones.
